You have decided to sell your property for some reason. Once this decision has been
made, it’s most important to find the right price; - to avoid losing money.
I can clearly understand sellers who assign several real estate agencies with the sale
of their property, hoping that one of them could sell it for an (unrealistic) maximum
price. Often many emotions and memories are involved in a property and it’s as
if somebody is giving a part of their life away.
Most people do not have to sell urgently, so they think: “We can always come
down with the price, so let’s put it just a little bit higher.”
Time passes by and nothing happens. Why? People are always buying bargains and NEVER
an overpriced property. Nobody can fall that much in love!
The result is: Properties are not getting rotten like apples or peas but they are getting
mentally rotten. In the end most of the originally overpriced properties are sold UNDER
their normal market value, because they have been on the market too long.
For this reason it’s most important to find the correct price right
from the beginning!
